News Making Processes The video study, News Making Processes analyses news in relation to five categories: journalists, experts, graphics, language and accuracy. The study concentrates on UK terrestrial television coverage of the London bombings in 2005. MEDIA WATCH is an investigative performance concerning how popular media finds, uses and presents information.Dedicated to analysing media speak, subtext and information dissemination, MEDIA WATCH operates through the contributions of Task Forces and Correspondents located throughout the globe. Troping bureaucratic structures and institutional rhetoric MEDIA WATCH reflects on sensationalisation as an essential component in news making, the role of 21st century ‘Citizen Reporter’ and the relation between art and activism.
